All-Russian Youth Educational Forum «SHUM»

From August 12 to 18, an international track will be held as part of the All-Russian Educational Forum «SHUM» for activists of student and youth media centers, as well as young professionals. The program focuses on developing media teams in the fields of youth policy and education.

«SHUM» Forum is the premier platform for young media specialists and journalists from Russia and other countries. This year marks the forum’s fourth edition, bringing together 1,200 participants—those who set trends, shape the information agenda, and transform the digital space.
