Recharge with kindness at «Dobrino»: Join the team of best change architects!

From July 1 to 14, the capital of Yugra – Khanty-Mansiysk – will become a hub for those making the world a better place. The All-Russian Forum for Civil Society Development «Dobrino» will bring together 500 of the brightest leaders aged 18 to 35.

The forum includes three thematic shifts from the first steps of youth in the non-profit sector to the development and scaling of comprehensive regional solutions and the growth of the "Dobrino" Academy's team of guides of meanings.

Choose your unique shift and become part of the event:
— Young NGOs and Project Coordinators Shift (July 1–5)
The shift is for those already in the game. If you are a social project organizer, an employee or head of a young NGO, or a volunteer coordinator – this is for you. We will learn how to launch and scale projects, attract resources, and build dream teams.
— Dobro.Conference Shift (July 6–10)
The shift for regional teams. Gather a team of 3–7 people from the same country and come to develop comprehensive solutions for the development of civil society.
— Guides of Meanings Shift (July 11–14)
The shift designed for opinion leaders. This shift is for you if you have a large audience on social media, you lead communities, or represent a volunteer movement. You will learn how to turn social initiatives into inspiring messages.
