Youth Forum «Volga» – 2026

Hot July, Volgograd, and 300 of the most active young people – sounds like the perfect summer plan.

From July 5 to 9, 2026, the «Volga» Forum is gathering those who aren't used to staying aside: leaders of volunteer movements, student activists, and representatives of other youth movements. If you feel the power to change the world around you – this is definitely the place for you!

The theme of the forum will be patriotic and spiritual-moral education of youth.

— volunteer: for those involved in volunteering and social projects;
— student: for leaders and active members of the student community;
— youth organizations: for participants of youth organizations and associations.

Please note that the work of the forum is held completely in Russian: from navigation signs to chatting. You only need to speak Russian at least at a basic level to participate in the forum. This is one of the selection criteria for assessing applications.

Accommodation, meals, and an internal transfer for the participants are provided at the expense of the organizers.

For foreign participants, travel from their place of residence to Volgograd and back are carried out at their own expense or at the expense of the sending party.
