6th ASEAN – Russia Youth Summit

The 6th ASEAN – Russia Youth Summit will take place from October 21 to 25, 2026, on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) in Vladivostok. The event marks the 35th anniversary of ASEAN–Russia relations and is held as part of the Comprehensive Plan of Action to implement the ASEAN–Russia Strategic Partnership, under the motto “Youth of Russia and ASEAN: A Dialogue of Cultures and the Creative Power of Progress”. The purpose of the Summit is to review the key achievements of youth cooperation between Russia and ASEAN countries and to identify ways to further develop it.

Participants will include Russian and international youth delegates and members of the ASEAN Secretariat, as well as heads of relevant ministries from Russia and other countries. In total, the Summit will bring together at least 155 participants from Russia and Southeast Asian states. The program includes thematic discussions and round tables across four tracks: international youth cooperation; the World Ocean and maritime civilizations; technology and artificial intelligence; and creative industries, along with a cultural program featuring visits to notable sites in Vladivostok.

The event will conclude with the signing of a Declaration outlining shared principles and strategic directions for the development of youth cooperation between ASEAN member states and Russia. English language proficiency is required to participate.
