International Friendship Clubs
In 2024, the World Youth Festival became a significant event that inspired young people around the world to strengthen international ties and create a global community. As part of the festival, the "Cultural Mentorship" program was successfully implemented, aimed at ensuring a comfortable stay for international participants in Russia and promoting active cultural exchange with young people from different regions of our country.
Thanks to the efforts of regional representatives and volunteers, young people were able to establish connections and exchange experiences. Following the festival, the President of the Russian Federation instructed the continuation of the "Cultural Mentorship" program, which led to the creation of International Friendship Clubs.
International Friendship Clubs are unique associations of young and active people from around the world who implement joint initiatives. Participants of IFC events exchange experiences, carry out projects and activities, and also contribute to the understanding of cultural diversity, the development of cooperation, and the strengthening of friendly ties between Russia and other countries.

How to join the participant of IFC events?
To participate in the IFC event, please write to us on the social media platforms of the region or via email. In your message, please include your country or region of residence, your full name, a contact phone number, and your Telegram nickname (if you have one).
Who can join the participant of IFC events?
Anyone aged 14-35 can join the participant of IFC events.
What areas of activity do the IFC have?
The IFC are structured into 7 major tracks:
- Media – interaction with bloggers and opinion leaders, creation of joint information guides and media products, coverage of projects;
- Creative industries and creativity– creation of a new vision for the future, in collaboration with designers, directors, and other creative professionals.
- Public administration – implementation of projects in the field of public administration, regional development, and the search for new institutional forms;
- Education and science – joint research projects, creation of new trends and approaches in education;
- Entrepreneurship – creation of projects in the field of socio-economic development, mentoring, international business;
- Sports – interaction with athletes, creation of projects to promote physical culture, health, and motivation;
- IT – projects about new technologies, artificial intelligence, and the digital future in collaboration with developers, analysts, and architects of digital solutions.
