All-Russian Youth Forum «Mashuk» – 2026

From August 8 to 22, the slopes of the legendary Mount Mashuk will once again echo with the voices of young, energetic, and passionate people. The All-Russian Youth Forum “Mashuk” will open its doors (and tents!) to 2,200 professionals in the fields of education and youth development.

«Mashuk» is more than just a forum. It is a place of power where the grandeur of the Caucasus meets the wisdom of mentors and the energy of youth. It is an opportunity to escape the hustle of the city and feel the unique atmosphere of a tent city in the forest. Here, people live by the campfire, breathe fresh air, and make friends for life.

— Education without borders: boost your soft skills and teaching practices through meetings with leading experts;
— From idea to project: get the chance to present your socially meaningful project and find support for its implementation;
— Spirit of unity: become part of the big “Mashuk family,” where traditions, mutual support, and the sincerity of evening conversations around the campfire are supreme.

Key themes of this year’s forum: modern developments in the field of education, family values, and interethnic relations, which are explored in every session.

Choose your shift:
Shift 1: “Growing Up” (August 8–15): for those who work with children every day. We welcome subject teachers, camp leaders, preschool teachers, educational advisors, teachers-veterans (including participants of the special military operation), childhood navigators, and youth space guides.
Shift 2: “Unity” (August 15–22): for opinion leaders and project managers. This shift will bring together students and activists, young scholars, university professors, and specialists in the field of national policy (communicators).

Note:

Accommodation, meals, and internal transfers for participants are provided at the expense of the organizers. Accommodation is provided in tents, meals and educational, cultural, educational, and useful programs at the Mashuk State Budgetary Educational Institution of Additional Education and Youth Multifunctional Patriotic Center.

For foreign participants, travel from their place of residence to the venue of the forum (Stavropol Territory, Pyatigorsk) and back is carried out at their own expense or at the expense of the sending party.
