From July 15 to August 5, the International Children’s Center “Artek” will host the “World of BRICS – World of the Future” International Children’s Programme to mark the 100th anniversary of Artek and public diplomacy. The Programme will bring together young leaders aged 14–17 from across the world.

Programme highlights:

Designing projects of the future;
Exploring BRICS+ cultures (music, dancing, literature, etc.);
Establishing the “Children for Peace” Youth Movement;
Hosting Children’s Olympic Games;
Meetings with leaders in science, art, sports, politics, and public figures;
Making a short film about the “WORLD OF BRICS – World of the Future” International Shift;
“Peace Diplomacy” Festival;
Closing concert "WORLD OF BRICS - WORLD OF THE FUTURE" featuring an address to world leaders.

The event’s guest of honor is Ekaterina Lycheva, UN Peace Ambassador, renowned for her 1985 meeting with US President Ronald Reagan, which helped reduce tensions between the US and the USSR.

This unique programme will serve as a platform for strengthening friendly ties among BRICS+ youth, fostering intercultural dialogue, and shaping a vision of a peaceful future. Becoming part of it is both a great honor and a profound responsibility for young leaders to make their contribution to international cooperation and humanitarian connections.
