All-Russian Youth Educational Forum «SHUM» – 2026

Get ready to make some noise! The most media-forward forum in the country is back.

Kaliningrad Oblast, the year of the region's 80th anniversary – welcome the fifth, landmark All-Russian Youth Educational Forum «SHUM».

From July 9 to 13, 1,500 young media leaders from across Russia and abroad will gather here. Journalists, bloggers, photographers, screenwriters, opinion leaders – you are the main players.

For the first time ever – a festival format. SHUM.Festival is the meeting place for everyone already in the game or just dreaming of breaking in. Participants, alumni, experts, partners, volunteers, and organizers will all come together to work on the development of youth media.
