
On September 19, the project office of the World Youth Festival Directorate in Morocco signed memoranda of understanding and cooperation with the International Friendship Club of the World Youth Festival in the Tyumen Region and the Kaliningrad Region State Autonomous Institution "Youth Center" The agreements are aimed at establishing long-term partnerships and mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of international youth cooperation. The focus is on bringing together active young people, exchanging experiences, implementing joint projects and events, developing friendly ties between Russia and Morocco, and promoting and developing the idea of a multipolar world.
The memoranda provide for information, cultural, and educational exchanges, the involvement of opinion leaders, and the creation of joint information and communication platforms for the exchange of experience and the attraction of new participants. Joint events, participation in international forums, trainings, master classes, language webinars, and volunteer projects are also expected.

"We are going to make arrangements for joint events. For example, the participation of Moroccan delegates in language clubs and themed intellectual quizzes. Perhaps in the future we will be able to organize joint trips. The Moroccan delegation will be able to visit the Kaliningrad region, and we will be able to visit Morocco. We will strive for even greater cooperation," Daria Kononenko, deputy leader of the WYFD International Friendship Club of the Far Eastern Federal University in the Kaliningrad region, comments.
At the signing ceremony, Gunel Bakhyshova, the leader of the WYFD International Friendship Club of the Tyumen Region, noted that this moment was preceded by painstaking joint work and communication with Nabil Belkass: "We discussed the details of cooperation, the upcoming visit, and the opportunities that are now opening up for our youth. In accordance with the instructions of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin on preserving and developing the legacy of the World Youth Festival, which took place on the Sirius Federal Territory in 2024 and united 20,000 young people from 190 countries of the world, festival events on the territory of the Russian Federation will be held annually. The next World Youth Festival for 20,000 participants will be held in 2030. In 2026, there will be a smaller event, an International Youth Festival with 10,000 participants. In between, the World Youth Festival’s themed Assemblies will be held annually for 2,000 participants. The World Youth Festival Directorate continues its work aimed at strengthening international youth cooperation.
