It gives us some common tasks and goals. It unites people, so we are happy to participate in it," Sergey Sirotkin said as he addressed the guests from the stage.

Aleksey Fedorov, Festival Ambassador and physicist, spoke about the role of the WYF 2024 for the international community of young scientists.

"The World Youth Festival is an important event for the young scientific community in many ways. First of all, the scientific community needs to build relationships with other communities, establish scientific and cultural relations, and participate in various kinds of events where talented young people are represented. Secondly, it is important to participate in international development. It is crucial that the platform is open, has no borders and solves global problems. Thirdly, we are working to make the scientific part very interesting and to show that science is capable of solving the most important tasks of humanity."

Russian singers Leonid Agutin and Polina Gagarina also became WYF 2024 public ambassadors. They performed their favorite songs with young people as part of their video addresses. They also invited young people to participate in next year's biggest youth event.

"I have no doubt that it will be a great event. Young people will come from all over the world, from many different countries. It will be a real cult event for young people. People will communicate, collaborate, create ensembles, write songs, and spend a lot of time together. To be honest, I envy these young people. I envy them for being able to discover the world and communication at the very beginning of their lives. This is a real celebration. It is also very useful," Leonid Agutin addressed the participants.

Polina Gagarina said in her video address that she herself participated in the World Youth Festival in 2017 and performed a song with young people from all over the world.

"Everyone attending the next year's Festival is in for a great time, with memories for life. I believe that music can unite people and give them hope and strength. Art has always been a universal language for people living in different countries. So let us sing “A Million Voices” together. Next year, the brightest, bravest and most talented youth representatives from around the world will meet again. Young people's voices will decide how they see the world. See you at the Festival!" said Polina Gagarina.
