On November 7, the International Women's Leadership Forum "Growth Point" started in Tyumen, bringing together 100 young professionals from Russia, China, Kazakhstan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam, and other countries.

The forum aims to identify and support talented female students, provide an opportunity for the exchange of experience between generations of female leaders, and create a pool of talent for the region. During the event, participants will develop their own projects, receive support from leading Russian experts, and participate in practical training on essential management skills.

The forum program includes practical modules and intensive courses in four areas: media and digital skills, civil engagement and social projects, entrepreneurship and business modeling, public speaking and personal brand development.

"At this forum, 100 participants will form 10 teams to create social projects. The best initiative will receive funding and support from the International Friendship Club of the Tyumen Region, and we will include it in our plan and help with its implementation. We will also help the second and third place teams with mentoring. This is just the beginning for us — we plan to hold women's forums annually to develop a mentoring community and give girls practical tools for career growth," said Gunel Bakhyshova, leader of the WYFD International Friendship Club of the Tyumen Region.

The organizers of the event are the WYFD International Friendship Club of the Tyumen Region, the Department of Youth Policy of the Tyumen Region and the Government of the Tyumen Region, the partners are the Directorate of the World Youth Festival, the "United Russia" Party, the Tyumen City Administration, the Shipping Office Center, the Young Guard of "United Russia" and the all-Russian public organization "Support of Russia".
