The ceremony was held as part of the World Youth Festival, which brought together thousands of young people from different countries in Nizhny Novgorod.

The unique samovar was decorated by festival participants at the booth of the presidential platform “Russia – Country of Opportunities”. Young leaders from different countries left their wishes, national symbols, and drawings on it, transforming a traditional household item into a work of art that embodies intercultural dialogue and the creative energy of young people.
The samovar was handed over in a warm and friendly atmosphere, becoming a highlight of the WYF Assembly, which continues to unite young people from different world countries around the common values of peace, friendship, and cooperation. The samovar was ceremoniously presented by Olga Dobrina, Director of Communications for the presidential platform "Russia – Country of Opportunities," to Tarash Khagba, Deputy Prime Minister and Acting Chairman of the State Sports Committee of Abkhazia.
