All ten member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization have identified their delegations of entrepreneurs aged 20-40 who will take part in the International Youth Acceleration Program "SCO Business Incubator".

Over 100 participants and experts from Russia, China, Belarus, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan will meet on August 19-23, 2025 at the first in-person stage. It will be held in Omsk, the Youth Capital of Russia in 2025.

"It is a great honor for us to host representatives of all member states of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization. The key goal of the SCO Business Incubator is to assist young entrepreneurs in implementing their business projects in the international arena, scaling up ideas to the SCO markets. Colleagues are already exchanging experiences online, finding common points of interest and agreeing to sign cooperation agreements. Our task is to create conditions for their dialogue. This will be facilitated, among other things, by a rich business program with the participation of foreign experts in the field of foreign economic activity, pitch sessions for investors. The SCO Business Incubator is a space for effective networking," said Tatyana Seliverstova, Head of the SCO Business Incubator.

The international acceleration program "SCO Business Incubator" is implemented with the participation of the SCO Youth Council, Rosmolodezh, Rossotrudnichestvo, ANO " World Youth Festival Directorate ", the Government of the Omsk Region and ANO "Leaders of International Cooperation" and is aimed at activating international youth entrepreneurship, promoting innovative projects, forming sustainable business ties and expanding interstate cooperation in the SCO space.

"Based on the results of national selections, 50 promising young SCO entrepreneurs were identified. These are guys who have already achieved serious results in their countries and whose projects have high potential to reach the international level. As part of the program, participants will be able to adopt best practices, establish valuable business connections and attract investments to scale up their initiatives. Such projects, implemented under the auspices of the SCO, go beyond simple support for entrepreneurship - they become an effective mechanism for strengthening interstate trust. Through professional cooperation, exchange of experience and creation of new partnerships, we build a solid foundation for long-term cooperation and economic growth," said Dmitry Ivanov, Director General of the World Youth Festival Directorate.

Among the 50 business projects selected for participation in the SCO Business Incubator are cases already operating at the regional or federal levels that are aiming to enter the markets of the SCO countries.

For example, Maria Vasilyeva, CEO of the IT company Kompas IT, a participant in the SCO Business Incubator from the Russian Federation, will present the Auto-Care mobile application to investors. This is a digital ecosystem that allows car dealers to automate business processes, speed them up, make them transparent, and also communicate with customers around the clock and save on advertising.

Maria Vasilyeva noted that the application is already actively used by 54 thousand clients of the Alliance-Auto Group. Negotiations are currently underway with car dealers in the SCO countries.

AtlaByte Director Jalal Bagirov, participant from the Kyrgyz Republic, will present to investors the world's first anti-fraud platform that combines artificial intelligence, crowdsourcing and token economics to detect and prevent fraud in the digital environment.

"Atla Core allows real-time checking of suspicious phones, cards, crypto wallets and domains. Citizens can file complaints and receive tokens for participation, this is intended to form an ecosystem of joint digital security. Atla Core is already used in fintech, e-commerce, the public sector and banks, reducing losses from fraud by up to 70% and reducing costs of checks by up to 85%," emphasized Jalal Bagirov.

A participant from the Republic of Uzbekistan, Muhammadkodir Abluvoitov, will introduce his colleagues and experts to his business project BrailleRecognition. This is a mobile application that recognizes Braille from a photo and automatically translates it into plain text in the selected language. More than 20 thousand people around the world have already become users, mainly parents, teachers and assistants of the blind.

Business analyst and one of the key specialists of the FarshOnline platform Saba Mostamand, a participant from the Islamic Republic of Iran, will present the first online store of carpets and carpet products in Iran. It has been operating since 2010 and is reviving traditional weaving traditions.

“We are currently developing a new line of handcrafted products that combine traditional Iranian textiles (such as carpets, kilims and pateh) with contemporary designs. Our leather bags, accessories and decorative items are made by women artisans from all over Iran,” said Saba Mostamand.

She stressed that she is taking part in the SCO Business Incubator to get advice on scaling up her business and to share Iranian culture with the world.
