A total of 1,432 applications were submitted, of which 1,005 came from Russian participants and 427 from foreigners representing 72 countries, including Italy, Australia, Colombia, and others. The Forum will take place from June 23 to 28 in Orenburg and will bring together 160 young leaders aged 18 to 35 who are actively involved in the field of international cooperation. Participants will include representatives from partner countries, members of the World Youth Festival Directorate International Friendship Clubs, as well as international students studying in Russia.

"The application campaign for the “Eurasia Global” Forum has clearly demonstrated a steady interest among young people in international cooperation. We received over 1,400 applications from representatives of 72 countries who reside in Russia. These figures confirm that young leaders are eager for dialogue, experience exchange, and joint work on pressing challenges. This year, the Forum will serve as a space where the future development path of the World Youth Festival Directorate International Friendship Clubs will be shaped. Representatives of these communities will be able to jointly define priorities, discuss new formats of interaction, and propose particular steps for the development of the Clubs. We are creating conditions in which young leaders not only exchange experience but also make decisions that affect the future of their communities. This approach ensures that the development of the Clubs remains truly dynamic, relevant, and participant‑driven," said Dmitry Ivanov, Director General of the World Youth Festival Directorate.

The volunteer corps of 50 people will be organized to ensure the smooth operation of the Forum. Volunteers will be involved in key functional areas, including the business program, information and navigation, participant services, logistics, cultural program, partner relations, media support, protocol, and accreditation. Applications for the volunteer corps are open until May 15 on the DOBRO.RF platform.

"For over a decade, the Orenburg Region has been opening its doors to participants from around the world. Preparations for the “Eurasia Global” International Youth Forum are now in full swing. We can't wait to welcome activists from across the globe, and we truly believe the Forum will become a meeting point for International Friendship Club representatives – a place to share ideas and build new partnerships," said Denis Krivtsov, Director of the “Eurasia Global” International Youth Forum.

The Forum is organized by the Government of the Orenburg Region, with the World Youth Festival Directorate as co‑organizer and the support of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs (Rosmolodezh).
