"The initiative to launch the International Women's Management Forum "Point of Growth" has become a reasonable response to current trends. Today, within the framework of international youth cooperation, special attention is paid to strengthening the management potential of women. We have carefully studied and been inspired by successful practices that are already being implemented in various regions of Russia. The analysis of this experience, as well as an understanding of the specific needs and ambitions of our Tyumen youth, allowed us to form and develop the concept of this project. The Forum is not a one-time event, but a long—term investment in human capital and in the future of the Tyumen Region, harmoniously integrated into current state and international trends," said Tatiana Prokhorova, project manager, Press Secretary of the WYFD International Friendship Club of the Tyumen Region.
The organizers of the event are the WYFD International Friendship Club of the Tyumen Region, the Department of Youth Policy of the Tyumen Region and the Government of the Tyumen Region, the partners are the Directorate of the World Youth Festival, the United Russia Party, the Tyumen City Administration, the Shipping Office Center, the Young Guard of United Russia and the all-Russian public organization "Support of Russia".
