Services to Support Freelancers and Young Entrepreneurs Presented at WYF 2024
At the World Youth Festival, Gazprom Neft presented digital services that help to obtain funding or find dream projects.
One Million for a Startup
Young entrepreneurs can receive up to 1 million rubles from Gazprom Neft to start their business. For this purpose, the Energotechnohub Petersburg platform has been created to support technology startups in the energy sector. The project helps university students and graduates go from a technological idea to the creation of the first prototypes.
Among the technological areas where Gazprom Neft is looking for innovation are 3D printing, electricity storage and transportation, smart sensors and video analytics, and the development of Russian office software and applications.
"We plan to extract high-demand lithium using the full potential of modern technologies. We received support from Gazprom Neft and made the first investments in equipment upgrades and the purchase of new reagents. This will allow the startup to develop effectively and go all the way to a full-fledged business project. Demand for lithium traditionally exceeds supply. We are working to solve this problem in a scientific way," said Egor Ryabchenko, Co–Founder of the Smart Membrane Startup and Graduate Student at ITMO University.
Work without Offices
The Professionals 4.0 online platform is already working for freelancers. It is used by industrial companies, banks, mobile operators and grocery store chains to offer remote tasks in their projects. The service makes it possible to work on projects remotely and without complicated bureaucracy. It eliminates the need to relocate to work with a large company in another region. The platform handles the entire document flow and guarantees timely payment for services.
IT specialists are most sought after on the platform, accounting for 32.7% of orders, followed by marketing and product development experts, accounting for 15.5% of projects.
The Professionals 4.0 project makes it possible to use the country's intellectual potential more effectively and helps people earn a decent income. About 50,000 specialists are registered on the platform and projects worth over 1 billion rubles have been implemented.
