The future of global politics depends on those who are ready to take responsibility today. At the Festival, young parliamentarians from Russia, the Middle East, Latin America, Central Asia, and Africa will come together. The meeting will launch the World Association of Young Parliamentarians, a platform that will unite the efforts of the next generation for the sustainable development of a multipolar world.

Participants will discuss the role of youth parliamentarism in international processes, share best practices, and identify areas for joint work. Members of the Chamber of Young Legislators under the Federation Council and representatives of youth parliaments from Russian regions will also join the discussion.

The Literary Lounge is a lively conversation about books and art: readings aloud, personal perspectives on texts, and conversations with guests. Works by classical and contemporary authors are presented alongside Russian and international prose, poetry from different eras, and original works. Through literature and dialogue, the lounge becomes a space for conversations about people, choices, values, and experiences and about what unites people regardless of language or country.

How a railway system created almost two centuries ago is adapting to a new era and which technologies are shaping its development today. Oleg Belozerov, CEO and Chairman of the Management Board of Russian Railways, will discuss how rail transportation is changing under the influence of new technologies and which solutions are already shaping the industry of the future. The focus will be on artificial intelligence, digital control systems, high-speed rail, and new approaches to passenger transportation.

Special attention will be paid to how the development of railway infrastructure is transforming the country: shortening distances between regions, opening up new tourism routes, and making territories more accessible. How modern railways are evolving from a means of transportation into an innovative foundation for economic, scientific, and cultural exchange.

How the Northern Sea Route is becoming a transportation corridor that is transforming logistics in the Arctic and strengthening connections between regions. What technologies now make it possible to safely navigate ice-covered routes, how the nuclear-powered icebreaker fleet is developing, and what new opportunities are emerging for cargo transportation, the development of northern territories, and work in the Arctic.

A homeland can be defined not only by the place where a person was born but also by a conscious choice to build a life in a particular country. What makes Russia feel like home to those who grew up in another culture? How does a sense of belonging develop, and why do participation in society, family, work, and responsibility for the country’s future become more important than a citizen’s formal status?

Russian healthcare is changing through new medicines, domestically developed medical equipment, and digital solutions. These innovations make it possible to identify risks earlier and make modern healthcare more accessible across different regions of the country. The session will explore how scientific discoveries become practical tools for doctors, the role of prevention, and which technologies will shape the quality and length of our lives in the coming years.

Today, people buy not just a product but the story, value, and mood behind it. Local brands grow where producers know how to listen to young consumers and speak their language. How do technologies help make food accessible while keeping it authentic and vibrant? Why are production waste materials becoming a resource, and what lies behind the choice of simple packaging?

A famous Serbian and Russian theatre and film actor and producer, who has starred in movies such as Red Silk, Serf, The Challenge, The Balkan Line, and Ice, will answer questions about the acting profession, trends in the film industry, and his love for Russia. Miloš Biković will share his personal experience and talk about shooting box-office hits and creating successful international projects. The meeting will be moderated by a famous director, producer and screenwriter Klim Shipenko.

How can music bring people of different generations together, create a space for dialogue, and inspire new cultural projects? The session will explore how a personal creative journey can become an opportunity to pass on experience, support young musicians, and shape the future of Russian culture.

We’ll discuss how a research development becomes an in-demand technology and then a scalable business. What solutions help young technology companies grow, attract major customers, enter new markets, and become leaders in their industries? What distinguishes a promising project from a strong company, and what opportunities are available today to young entrepreneurs and developers?
