International Friendship Clubs

International Friendship Clubs are associations for active young people from across the world, created on the basis of the Cultural Partnership programme of the World Youth Festival in 2024. IFCs represent a platform for implementation of international youth initiatives, contribute to developing cooperation and strengthening friendly ties between Russia's regions and foreign states.

ICDs provide a platform for the implementation of international youth initiatives, promote cooperation and strengthen friendly ties between the regions of Russia and foreign countries.
